Normal Skin:
Not too dry and not too oily, normal skin is well balanced and has no severe sensitivity or imperfections, barely visible pores and a radiant complexion. Still, due to aging, sunlight, and the environment, normal skin needs a good quality of moisturizer and nutritious products to keep healthy skin.
Oily Skin:
Oily skin is the result of the oil glands in the skin producing large amounts of oil. If you have excess oil and shine on your cheeks, forehead, and nose, you most likely have oily skin. You may have enlarged pores, dull or shiny, thick complexion, blackhead, pimples, or other blemishes. You have to find the right product to treat your skin problem and rejuvenate.
Dry Skin:
Dry skin may have almost invisible pores, dull, rough complexion, red patches, less elastic, and more visible lines. Dry skin can be caused by a dry or cold climate, aging or hormonal changes, severe deficiency of vitamin A, systemic illness, overexposure to UV radiation sunlight, indoor heating, or medication. Dry skin can crack, peel, or irritated, inflamed, and itch. Frequent shower or bath with soap can contribute to dry skin. Dry skin is regarded as the most serious skin condition but you can cure with high-quality skincare products.
Combination Skin:
a type of facial complexion characterized by an oily forehead, nose, and chin (T-zone) and relatively dry cheeks. Combination skin can have larger than normal pores, blackheads. If you are using the wrong kind of moisturizer, it will clog up your pores. In the oily area, you will prone to have acne breakouts and in dry areas, your skin will be flaky and tight.
Sensitive Skin:
Sensitive skin is more prone to inflammation or advises reactions. Easily irritated skin, especially when you interact with new products or environments, is an indicator of sensitive skin. People with sensitive skin may have strong reactions to chemicals, dyes, and fragrances present in products that come into contact with the skin. If you feel any severe irritation you should see a dermatologist consult your skin condition.

Simply follows the directions on the screen until you receive confirmation that the transaction has been accomplished. If the product is unavailable, the product may only temporarily be unavailable. In this case, you can click on “Notify me” and leave your email address to be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.
We currently accept all major credit cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Debit cards with the Visa/Master Card logo. Unfortunately, we do not accept personal checks and money orders.
This could be for 2 reasons: Either your spam filters are too efficent, which means that our emails have been blocked a spam, or your order may not have been successfully submitted. For further information, email us at jexko@jexko.com so that we can assist you.
Orders submitted on our website will be processed and shipped very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders instantly. After processing, you should expect your ordered product to be delivered you by FedEx in approximately 5-7 business day, unless an expedited method of shipping is requested. To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, please review our RETURN POLICY to properly prepare your return order, and return the products to us at the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned package, please allow 1-2 business days for return processing, and 3 to 5 business days to post the refund to your account. The credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by e-mail.
Your order, or part of your order, may have been canceled by our system for a number of reasons: Item(s) not available; Order exceeded maximum purchase limit; Cannot ship to address provided, freight forwarders, or address outside of the United States; Difficulty in processing payment information - entered in a billing address or zip code that is not associated with a credit card; You have not responded to emails sent regarding the following - declined credit card, incorrect billing information, verification of billing/shipping address for priority ship order. You will receive an email notification if your order is canceled. You will not be billed for any canceled items. In accordance with the global retail industry standard, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare products unless damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. If you wish to return your faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain products, you must inform and send back us within 14 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant product in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and JexKo’s original packing slip. You may take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them and keep it sealed. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your process.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, inner-sealed, and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and receipt attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@jexko.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

To protect your security and privacy, your bank can't provide JexKo with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you need to contact your bank directly to solve these payment issues. If you want to try again with a different card or confirm your details are correct by retrying your alternative card, please create a new order in the shopping cart.
